Here is the library for the Blacksmith’s Association of Missouri (BAM). There’s many books with great information on smithing to be downloaded for free here. Check out COSIRA, Lillico, Googerty, and Schwarzkopf. BAM’s home site is also worth a visit.
Hidden away in the Herefordshire and Ludlow College website are a trove of great books, all focused on rural crafts, chiefly smithing, but also some woodworking, wheelwright work, and thatching. Scroll all the way down to the bottom.
Not at all difficult to find, the anvilfire website has been around for decades, and there’s just as much info as you might expect to find; wander around and you can’t help but to learn something.
